Savings Plan Access: If you have a financial hardship because of the disaster, please call the Sears Holdings Benefits Center at 888-887-3277 to hear about what options are available for a distribution from retirement plans.

Associate-to-Associate Relief: Sears Holdings has implemented its “SHC Associates Helping Associates” program to accept donations for our impacted associates. Under this program, associates can make donations to help their fellow associates and their families. This program is in addition to our ongoing corporate efforts under the Disaster Relief Program.

The Sears Holdings Associate Disaster Relief Program assists our associates who have suffered significant personal loss due to natural and personal disasters. Contact your Manager/HR Representative if you are impacted by a disaster and have losses that will not be covered by your insurance or FEMA.
