Work Life Solutions

WorkLife Solutions provides employee assistance and resource/referral services that can help you with personal, family and work-related problems.

The WorkLife Solutions Program provides confidential support for a variety of concerns, from coping with stress and handling difficult emotions to information and support on financial issues, child care, personal relationships, marriage, divorce and other life challenges. 

 

Eligibility

Eligible members include associates and immediate family members, including extended family members who live in the associate's residence.

  • Full-time associates are eligible for WorkLife Solutions immediately on date of hire.
  • Part-time associates are eligible for WorkLife Solutions after one year of service. 

Employee Assistance Services

Employee assistance services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week through 1-888-887-3277 or direct at the current toll-free number 1-800-424-4732.  Services include:

  • Financial planning, budget planning and debt consolidation
  • Legal services including consultation for estate planning, civil matters and will development
  • Child care service assistance and locators
  • Elder care service assistance and locators
  • Convenience services including finding home repair, landscapers and mechanics
  • Unique need services including special needs children and adoption services
  • Personal development and emotional health support
  • School and college decisions

Consultants are trained to offer assistance on any number of issues you might face. A consultant will assess your situation and assist you with your concerns and needs through telephonic counseling with licensed counselors or various resources and referrals.  If your concern requires further assistance, the consultant will refer you to outpatient counseling or other behavioral health treatment. You are responsible for the cost of this further treatment. Personal consultation services are confidential.
